The Eden Team is made up of men and women with a passion for people to experience and learn to live at home in the love of God. The Team represents a diverse background with decades of leadership and pastoral experience, supported by a deeply invested and engaged board of directors.

Duke Revard Co-Founder & President

A serial church planter and entrepreneur, Duke has served in a variety of start-ups as founder, executive director of church planting, coach, and consultant. He brings a strong background in lean startup methodology, discernment, and execution to the Eden Project.

Nathan Wagnon

Nathan Wagnon Co-Founder & CEO

A theologian, military officer, and pastor, Nathan has led well in diverse environments over the past two decades. He developed the God Image Diagnostic Assessment, which is central to Eden’s process of raising awareness as we (re)train leaders.

Chuck Gschwend

Chuck Gschwend Director of Culture & Spiritual Formation

Trained as an attorney and then as a spiritual director later in life, Chuck brings a determined, research-minded rigor to the (re)training of leaders. He also ensures the team travels at the pace of love.

Michelle Thompson

Michelle Thompson Operations Administrator

With a background in religion, Michelle has served in ministry opportunities for the majority of her life. Throughout her career Michelle has over three years of experience as an executive assistant, eight years working with a non-profit organization, six years of management skills, and over eight years in customer service. She brings a diverse approach to the infrastructure and systems building background that supports the daily operations of the mission.

Brett Bruster

Brett Bruster

Brett is a retired entrepreneur who now serves full-time as a lay leader at Watermark Community Church in Dallas. He helps lead Great Questions, Watermark’s apologetics ministry. He and his wife, Jan, also lead in Watermark’s marriage ministry. He spends the balance of his time discipling and teaching others to live in and out of the love of Jesus Christ.

Gordon Ip

Gordon Ip

Gordon Ip, the principal of Genesis Real Estate Group, was born in Hong Kong. His family has been involved in real estate investment and development for four generations. Mr. Ip attended the prestigious Diocesan Boys’ School of Hong Kong, and completed high school at The Choate School in Connecticut. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan, a Master of Real Estate Studies and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. In the last 35 years, he has developed multifamily properties with institutional partners ranging from wood-frame developments in the suburbs of Orlando, Phoenix, Tulsa, Albuquerque, Jacksonville, to urban high-rises in San Francisco, Houston, Long Beach, and Dallas.
Eddy Badrina

Eddy Badrina

Eddy Badrina is the Chief Executive Officer of Eden Green Technology. Over the past 20 years, his career has encompassed entrepreneurial, corporate, and government roles. Prior to Eden Green Technology, Eddy co-founded and led BuzzShift, a digital growth agency for mid-sized brands and organizations. Eddy’s leadership, strategic planning, marketing, and management experience have also been honed through roles at the US Department of State, the White House, and two other technology startups.

Eddy, a graduate of Texas A&M University, and the Bush School of Government and Public Service, volunteers his time at Watermark Church; is on the board of directors of Seed Effect, an economic development non-profit; Igniter Media, a media production company; and is a past board member of the Great Investors’ Best Ideas Foundation Investment Symposium.

Missy Williams

Missy Williams

Missy and her husband, David, co-founded Seed Effect in 2009 in partnership with the local church after a mission trip to South Sudan. Missy received her BBA. in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduating from UT, and prior to launching Seed Effect, she managed a small business and started an interior design firm in Dallas. Missy and David have two children, are actively involved in Watermark Community Church, and serve on the board of their children’s school, Classical School of Dallas. Missy also loves to watercolor, garden, fly fish, and travel with her family.

The Eden Project team believes there are no experts in the company of Jesus . . . we are all learners. We are committed to helping people experience and live at home in the love of God.
