Your Eden Lead Cohort #7 journey begins in July with an online gathering and introduction of your Pre-work, preparing you for three in-person retreat experiences.

For all of our retreats, plan to arrive on the first day for registration and a welcome reception by 3:00pm. The first session will begin promptly at 4:00pm. Plan to stay until our hard stop at 12:30pm on the final day of our retreat.
Your cohort journey will begin two months before the first retreat through our curated pre-work. We encourage you to set aside two hours per week to engage deeply with God through your pre-work.

Abe Meysenburg has served the church as a pastor for 25 years, during which he walked through a season of significant burnout. He is also passionate about equipping everyday followers of Jesus to care well for one another. These experiences led him to start The Shepherding Perspective, which provides shepherding consulting, care, and training to ministry leaders and local churches.
Abe is married to Jenn, and they have four children–Abby, Julia, Luke, and Noah. Abe loves to read, listen to music, hike, walk his dog, exercise, ride his bike, eat amazing food, travel, and meet new people.
Kari has served in pastoral ministry for over 20 years, and is passionate about the soul care and spiritual formation of leaders. She lives in Conway, AR with her husband, Adam, and their three daughters: Lucy, Susanna and Georgie.
Kari is a Coach with the Partnership of Associated Churches, a Certified Enneagram Coach through Your Enneagram Coach, and Co-Founder and Coach at Breckenridge Coaching.
Chris is the Director of Downline Conway (AR), where he partners with local churches to strengthen and elevate Biblical discipleship. Chris is a graduate of the Eden Project Lead Year and is a gifted retreat leader who is passionate about leading people deeper into the love of God in ways that impact the soul of their leadership. Chris also serves as the Director of Discipleship for the Center for Financial Discipleship, which focuses on the deep spiritual connection between our hearts and money.
Chris has been married to Tara for 21 years and enjoys fly fishing, cycling, cooking, soccer, hunting, and just about any outdoor adventure he can find. He loves leading international mission trips to equip church leaders worldwide.
