Chuck Gschwend
Director of Eden Lead and Co-Founder

A trial attorney, pastor, and trained spiritual director, Chuck is a seasoned retreat leader and is passionate about helping God’s people feel more at home in the love of God. Chuck is now an empty-nester living in Weatherford, Texas with his wife Lindy. They have three adult children.

Brandon Addison
Eden Lead Facilitator

Brandon is an executive coach and guide whose work straddles inner formation and outward impact. He serves as a Chair with C12, a national CEO leadership development organization, and a core leadership coach with Tin Man. He previously served as a lead pastor in churches in Nashville and Denver.

Through coaching, facilitation, and formation, Brandon helps leaders live and lead from deep alignment with their God-given passion and purpose. He believes that you cannot truly know yourself until you’ve been willing to name both the deepest longings of your heart and the most devastating disappointments of your life. That kind of honest storytelling, done in community, is the beginning of real transformation.

Brandon loves the church and the Christian call to vocation. Underneath every “calling” there is a “caller”, a relational God who made us from love, to be loved, and to go love with an abiding purpose. The journey he takes others on has been one of his own: moving from achievement to attunement with self, God, and others.

Brandon is a former whitewater river guide and fly fisherman, and lives with his family, his wife and two kids, in Littleton, Colorado.

D.Min., Denver Seminary; M.Div., Covenant Seminary; Professional Certified Coach (PCC), International Coach Federation and Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching; B.S. Psychology and B.A. International Affairs, University of Georgia.

The Journey Home Retreat is a safe place to lay aside your responsibilities at home and work to simply be souls before God. The reality for all of us is that even when we are in a healthy season, we long for more, relationally.

During The Journey Home Retreat you’ll experience:

  • Safe retreat environment conducive for souls (which are very shy) to open up to more of God’s love
  • A reformation of your own emotional image of God
  • Resources that will deepen all your relationships
  • Guided practices to help you live more at home in the love of God
